o All PO orders must be received and have a receipt created in Workday by 4:00 PM

o Last day to submit expense reports for travel completed on or before June 18

o Travel occurring after June 18 will roll forward to FY2027

o Last day for Petty Cash Expense Reports ($99 and under)

Accounts Payable

All goods and services must be received and receipted prior to invoice submission
Invoices received after 4:00 PM will be charged to FY2027

Procurement

Procurement procedures require that all goods and services be receipted in Workday as soon as they are received to ensure proper and timely posting of expenses.

· Please do not delay receipting, as this can result in processing issues and delays in vendor payments.
